    Please do not accept packages that appear damaged. Pass them back to the delivery company and inform us immediately. If, however, there was no damage visible from the outside of the package, please inform us right away via email and provide photos of the damaged product in its entirety, as well as a photo of the full shipping label.     Once your package has shipped, you will be sent tracking details via email. Please check your spam folder if you don't think you've received it. For shipments via post: once the consignment has been passed to your local post office, you should track it with them. If they don't offer online tracking, please call them. If you're still unable to track your package, please get in touch with us. (Tracking may not be available for some countries, e.g. the UK and Australia). Also, please bear in mind that delays can occur during the import/customs inspection.

    Yes, we offer express shipping, you can choose it from the menu when placing your order. If you have any special requirements regarding your package, please contact us via email not longer than 1 (one) day after placing the order. If you think something is wrong, always fill in the 'damage list' with the courier or decline to accept the package.
