Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR (C297) is a small-scale production two-seater sports car, as well as a racing car based on the production model from the Mercedes-AMG division, which specializes in high-performance modifications of Mercedes-Benz products and represents its interests in motorsports. Introduced in 1997 to participate in the new FIA GT Championship series.
The car was equipped with a 6.9-liter V12 engine with a capacity of over 600 horsepower. The road version was released in a limited edition of 25 copies, which were intended for the homologation of the racing model.
